Solanum tuberosum

So much love for the potato. It could be that it grows well in the Ruth Stout-style garden. It could be that it produces crops that store well into the winter months. It could just because I like they way they taste. Whatever the reason I enjoy very much looking forward to every season improvements in the cultivation of this wonderful versatile tuber.
